1.3. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in their listings. They must promptly update or remove listings when properties are sold or are no longer available.
2. Content guidelines
2.1. Only real estate-related content is permitted on the Platform. Prohibited content includes but is not limited to pornographic, gambling, illegal, or fraudulent content.
2.2. Own Property Abroad reserves the right to charge fees for listing properties on the Platform or a commission upon property sale. Payment methods include those available on our website, bank transfers, or PayPal.
3. Transactions
3.1. Own Property Abroad serves as a platform to connect property sellers with potential buyers. All property transactions occur outside the Platform, and we are not involved in any financial transactions between users.
4. Disputes and liability
4.1. Users access and use the Platform at their own risk. Own Property Abroad is not liable for any harm, damages, disputes, or conflicts arising from the use of our Platform.
4.2. Users experiencing issues or disputes may contact us via email. While we will endeavor to assist, we make no guarantees regarding dispute resolution.
5. User conduct
5.1. Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Platform. Any misuse, abuse, or violation of these terms may result in the termination of user accounts.
